We do not collect information on behalf of any other organisation or agency, nor do we collect sensitive or personal information as an end in itself.

The two great fun bags do try to maintain a list of names and contact details of people who might buy tickets to one of our shows, or hire us to perform for them. We also ask people if they would mind us using photos of them for promotional purposes, or if they would like to provide feedback about our performances [permitting photos or including names in testimonials is optional].

We further invite people to write to us with their details, if they would like to hear about any future plans for public shows.

Where we are hired by theatre restaurants or similar outlets, we may offer to contact our existing client base members on their behalf, but will administer any mailouts or callouts ourselves, without handing over a detailed list to the hirer.

We do not buy or sell our mailing lists, and any time you would like us to stop contacting you for promotional purposes, we will make a note of your request and comply with it.

Any time you would like to know what information we have about you we will tell you fully and frankly, and destroy any records of your details if you should request it.

Our feedback sheets do ask clients if they know of any person who might be interested in receiving a flyer from us, but we do not press anybody to make such recommendations. Any person so contacted will be advised that they can request that we do not contact them again.

We strive to keep our information accurate, and to respect the right to privacy of any people on our contact lists.
